Terms & conditionsThese Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the use of the Annual Health Subscription service ("the Subscription") offered by [Shropshire Health Clinic Ltd], operating as Shropshire Health.
1. Eligibility
The subscription is valid for one named individual only and is non-transferable. Lead subscribers must be 18 years or older.
2. Subscription Period & Renewal
The subscription is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (unless otherwise specified). The subscription does not auto-renew unless otherwise agreed. A renewal reminder will be sent prior to expiry. No refunds are provided for early cancellation or non-use of services (unless you are within your cooling off period).
3. Included Services
Your subscription entitles you to the following benefits:
Standard Membership includes:
6 × 15-minute Private GP appointments per membership (1.5 hours) - these can be combined to make longer appointments.
Additional appointment availability reserved for members
Weekend appointments, subject to availability, with no additional weekend supplement

Membership Plus includes:
All of the above plus:
Additional 2 × 15 - minute GP appointments (8 15-minute appointments or 2 hours in total)
Annual Health Check - as below
Annual Check: Includes a Blood Pressure Check, a Urine Dip, a BMI calculation (with waist circumference measurements if applicable, a blood test that checks a full blood count, liver, kidney and bone profiles, Thyroid, Cholesterol and Hba1c (sugars)). An ECG is also done if indicated.
Further tests or investigations may be recommended with no pressure at an additional cost.
10% off Shropshire Health services and products
Subscribers receive 10% off eligible Shropshire Health services and products throughout their active subscription. Please note that this discount does not apply to services provided by independent practitioners who use our clinic facilities.
4. Booking and Cancellation
Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked via our website, phone, or clinic reception.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be deducted from your annual allowance.
5. Payment
Full payment is due at the time of subscription purchase, unless a monthly payment option is chosen. Payment can also be made via our website or in person at the clinic using accepted methods.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your subscription (with appropriate refund based on usage) if:
Misuse or abuse of services occurs
False information is provided during booking or consultations
Our clinical staff determine that ongoing care requires alternative arrangements
7. Liability
The subscription is not a health insurance policy. All services are subject to clinical judgment and availability
8. Changes to the Subscription
We reserve the right to update or modify the subscription terms. Subscribers will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
