A tax-efficient employee benefit

HMRC provides an exemption for one health-screening assessment and one medical check-up per employee in each tax year, subject to the relevant conditions.

There are also separate rules for qualifying trivial benefits of £50 or less, although these must meet HMRC's conditions and should not be treated as a general healthcare allowance.
