2. Ordering and Delivery

3. Using the Kit

You are responsible for collecting your sample correctly and posting it back to our partner laboratory using the pre-paid envelope provided.
Please post your sample within the advised timeframe. Delayed return may result in unusable samples.

4. Results

Results are usually available within 2–5 working days of the laboratory receiving your sample.
You will be notified by email or SMS once your results are ready.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of results if the sample is not collected or returned properly.

5. Data Protection & Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. All personal and medical information is handled in line with our privacy policy
Results will only be shared with you, unless you explicitly authorise us to share them with a third party.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order upto the point of dispatch, once dispatched due to the nature of the product they are no longer refundable.
