By ordering a postal test kit through www.shropshirehealth.co.uk, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to order and use our postal test kits.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.

2. Ordering and Delivery

  • Once your order is confirmed, we aim to dispatch test kits within 1–2 business days via [Royal Mail Tracked/Standard Delivery].

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to postal service disruptions.

3. Using the Kit

  • Please post your sample within the advised timeframe. Delayed return may result in unusable samples.

4. Results

  • You will be notified by email or SMS once your results are ready.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of results if the sample is not collected or returned properly.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel your order upto the point of dispatch, once dispatched due to the nature of the product they are no longer refundable.
